Hey everyone so I recently went through and upgraded everything about my computer from head to toe and upgraded my internet connection to a 120down/20up from comcast(ew I know) I of course only get around 12 up because all ISP's suck but I still cant seem to stream near 720p at all without frame loss. I get large lag spikes and can't seem to zero in on what my problem is. I have streamed everywhere from 100 to 3500 bitrate and still get random spikes of dropped frames and ultimately lagging out of the stream for a few seconds. I Have logs and other some other things to try and help someone help me xD lol. Any help would be great thanks guys.
