No livestream

We are having problems with nothing being livestreamed. Yet when we preview it in the dashboard, the camera appears to be working. As far as I know - none of the settings have been changed. It worked last Sunday but wouldn't work last night. I am new to this software so any help will be appreciated.

What 'dashboard'? OBS Studio's preview window? of your streaming provider's preview window?
I always keep an eye on our providers stream preview window (ie, what the video looks like AFTER being sent)

Beware, OBS Studio is powerful software, so naturally there is some complexity...
Unfortunately, there are LOTS of reasons streaming might not work, some having to do with stream provider (YouTube, Twitch, Facebook, etc) some with your Internet connection, some your LAN, and some the streaming PC.

So, I have learned since posting this question that our church uses Streamlabs to livestream our services so the preview is being done in the PTZ Optics app. I am not new to technology but am brand new to this software. I am waiting on a reply from Streamlabs

Streamlabs forked their own version of OBS Studio... there is a whole debate about that...

If you uninstall StreamLabs completely, and go with OBS Studio, and need help, post again (with OBS Studio log per pinned post in this forum, link in my .sig)
