Question / Help No lag in game, Freezes in video

I want to be able to get the best quality videos for what I have if anyone knows the settings more than I do I would deeply appreciate your help. I am playing games like Diablo 3, Overwatch, Mirrors edge Cata, etc.
Specs
Intel I5-4670k quad 3.4ghz CPU
EVGA GTX 770 SU GPU
2x8gb (16gb) Corsair Black RAM

An i5 isn't going to handle 1080@60 recording on the Veryfast preset. You're duping/skipping/dropping a TON of frames. Since it's local-recording, switch to the Ultrafast preset, and turn OFF CBR. That will allow OBS to use as much bitrate as is needed, plus minimize CPU usage. It will create VERY large video files, but those can be re-encoded later with something like Handbrake using a non-realtime encoder to maintain quality while shedding some of the bitrate bloat needed to compensate for your CPU.

Just to let you guys know that link did not help. I ended up messing with obs for a few hours and found out Losless recording in x264 presets worked wonders for me. Then depending on your cpu you change the quality.
