Question / Help No lag in-game, but in stream and recording there is lag!

Everytime I'm recording or streaming Minecraft, there is lag in the stream/recording, but not in-game!
My specs:
Intel Dual 2 Core E8400
ATI Radeon HD 4600
And Windows 7 Pro 64 Bit
