Question / Help No KB/s And Edit Scene Problums

Hi, My Names Jeremy and i just downloaded OBS and been trying to stream through twitch its my passion and what i want to do. i used xplit but it was rather buggy and wasn't that great of a program but i cant edit my scenes properly and my kb/s stays at 0 my video cam and video in general only plays for 1 to 2 sec. and freezes please help

ok kinda got it ty but how do i know how much i put my bit rate at even after doing the scan thing
