no indication of audio in graph to record

i have used OBS to screen capture before , it recorded the video and audio as expected after fiddling to get the audio to record and listen to
nvidia vid card and 2 hdmi monitors, with logitech spkrs on both monitors and standard 2-spkr pc output
recording from monitor 2, can send sound to any of the 3 outputs, tried all
but graph is not showing any sound level at all
i have changed Global Audio Devices-Desktop Audio to all three
have also changed Advanced- Monitoring Device to all three,,and every permutation and still nothing on audio bar graph in al it's settings
and still not indicating audio,

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...

where ever they hide the log file they do it well as i have searched, it is not under program files/obs-studio.

update:i went in and tried to use OBS again any audio was back,,the only thing that happened before this is my browser crashed and restarted.
at any one time i have 3-4 browser windows open and from 10-40 tabs under each one depending on what i am doing
also when using OBS I usually have several other video tools open. cpu usages is typically 20-50% and mem usage is 30-60%
So when(not if as it has happened b4) it does this again i will shutdown/restart browser first then other programs , maybe i can pinpoint the exact one causing the issue
