Question / Help No image when recording streaming videos in IE

Chrome works fine. Unfortunately for some reason Chrome doesn't support 1080p playback on this site only IE.

I just don't get any video,Not in preview, not in the actual recorded file.

Any tips?

Is this using Microsoft Edge if so then the only way you can capture it is with Display Capture.

Nope..it doesn't seem to work. I tried both IE and Edge.
