Question / Help No h.264 video codec option.

So I redownloaded OBS after I got my new PC, and I noticed there was no h.264 codec. I have the current vc++ dll installed, and I'm running the newest version of OBS on the newest version of Windows 10, and my processor is an Intel Core i5-2520M.

I'm confused. First you said 264 was missing, now you say it's there. What is the actual problem?

I don't have h.264, but I do have x264.

Oh I meant Quick sync h.264. Sorry for the confusion.

Okay... the log says OBS sees your GPU, and the model should support QuickSync, but for some reason it's not enabling.

Going to have to see what other people suggest, as the only thing I can think of is video drivers and you already checked that.
