Bug Report No global video device

I just updated my obs to 0.656b and now I no longer have a global source for my webcam. I cannot readd it to global sources as the video capture device is no longer in the options menu.

**update** Video capture device is no longer present period for me. I can't even add it as a regular source

Then whatever internet security software you have installed mistakenly flagged the component as a virus.
