Question / Help No game noise when streaming

Ives tried many things to get the game audio to work but it wont play any noise on twitch

Here is my settings and my current log file

1. Don't put Display and Game Capture sources in the same scene.
2. Streaming with NVENC is sub-optimal for many reasons, including inferior quality to x264, esp at streaming bitrates.
3. You have a Killer NIC. Please make sure that you are using the "drivers only" package.
4. According to the log you posted, you're trying to capture the "Realtek HD Audio 2nd output (Realtek High Definition Audio)". You've set OBS to default for the Desktop #1 device. Try explicitly setting it to the device/output that's putting out your desktop audio.
5. If #4 doesn't help, make sure that your sample rate on the Realtek is 96000Hz or below.
