Question / Help No game capture option

Hello all! I wanted to stream a game but found that my version of OBS doesn't have it. Please let me know if there is a way to fix this!

Hey ooglebot! I'm having the same issues. I've heard that Mac users have to use Syphon Client, but OBS doesn't give me any options for the source.

Actually I found the answer to this! You have to go into your privacy settings and allow OBS access to your files.

Please, could you tell us how did you do it, because i tried and nothing happened. Also I reinstalled OBS and nothing.

Go to system preferences, then security and privacy. Go to the privacy subsection and scroll down on the list. Screen recording should be at the bottom, be sure to enable this. Your screen should look like this :-) Hope this helps!

Mine is the same, only display capture menu available , No Game Capture menu

I did all this ---- still, no Game Capture option.
