Bug Report No Game Capture - Cant Update - Clean Install [Solved]

On version 0.625, had no issues prior to today. So I tried to stream today however Game capture just created a black screen and wouldnt allow me to access its features. Then when i removed it to try again the option was no longer there. So I tried to update, and received "Update Failed: Integrity check failed on plugins/GraphicsCapture.dll" this is when it states there is an update to the Game capture plugin.

I uninstalled and re-installed OBS and the issue remains

Issues solved, it took numerous clean installs and PC Restarts, but it eventually let me update and fixed the game capture bug

Only one restart is required as long as you don't run OBS preview/stream/etc, it just means that game capture got in to the wrong process, it should only be getting in to the game. It's a somewhat known issue, and I think I know why it's occurring and will hopefully fix it at some point
