"Blackmagic WDM Capture" device selection is what you want, you probably have to hit the configure button next to the device while it's selected in the list to configure its video/sound format (I think, I don't have that card), then you have to set it to either "output to stream" or "output to desktop".
There's other people who have it working so I mean I know it works, try doing a search on the forum for more info.
