Question / Help No game audio [SOLVED]

This is incredibly odd, but whenever I record, my Desktop Audio or Audio Output, whichever, stay completely silent. My mic is captured perfectly through my webcam, but the game audio itself never records. I have an Intel i7 CPU and an NVidia GTX970M GPU. I use VLC Media Player, not WMP.

Are you recording to multiple tracks? If so, have you checked all of the tracks in VLC?

@Simes makes a good point if you are using VLC to watch / listen to your recording and your output OBS recording uses multi track VLC can play each track on its own so you would need to enable each track to hear them.

@castleofwarriors Is this the output you are trying to record that is set to play your game audio? "Speakers (Realtek High Definition Audio"

Yes, it is. But, I was recording on only one audio track.

SOLVED!

I had a program called Nahimic running. Turning it off fixed the problem completely!
