Bug Report No Frame drops, but stream is lagging

Hi,

like the title suggests my stream is lagging even though i have no frame drops.
The stream lags for me and my friends.

I've read several topics on here already to find a solution and tried several things/settings.
My download/upload are both around 5.00 Mbps (tested at speedtest.net on their Frankfurt-sever)

I attached a log file with several attempts of streaming and different settings.

You changed the x264 CPU preset in advanced, that is why you are getting lag. Set it to "veryfast", it's default.

Like I said, I tried different settings (because of my search about this problem) and none of them seem to work.
I changed it to veryfast now and it is still the same.

It could be an issue with your connection to Twitch, which seems to be pretty bad in Europe lately. You're not dropping frames, which means its getting to Twitch just fine, but having a hard time being redistributed out. Unless you and your friends have low download speeds, it seems to me to be an issue specifically with Twitch.
