You're getting a LOT of rendering stalls. This may be due to the ios-camera plugin you are using (it also is showing errors in the logfile), or possibly because your GPU is somehow overloaded by something you're running.
Try running OBS as Administrator (right-click the icon you use to launch it, 'run as administrator'), which can give OBS GPU priority over any other programs you may be running.
From a glance over your scene setups, they shouldn't be heavily loading your GPU to begin with though. Just a few images, one monitor capture, nothing crazy.

If the renderer isn't being provided with all frame elements on-time, it can be forced to skip frames. Set it to a lower quality setting, as the error message indicates.
