No enhanced broadcasting showing up for Twitch in Linux Flatpak build 31.04

Using Pop OS 22.04 if that makes a difference but I tried to access it on the COSMIC 24.04 alpha as well but still no luck. Also tried the system download as well. Any help is appreciated.

Hi. Twitch Enhanced Bitrate (TEB) on Linux is only available starting from 31.1.*
