no encoding overloaded no dropped fps but stream is always choppy

hey so im having some trouble when i stream i usually get a weird choppy thing going on i hear it might be some bad obs drivers but i dont know how to fix that if that is the issue could i have some help?

You're using SE.live plugin. Please contact them for support.
Alternatively, uninstall it. Then uninstall and reinstall OBS in order to fix the changes made by this plugin. Now please do a test stream/recording of more than 30 seconds and post the log file here.

how would i go about contacting them and its always kind of been like this before i installed the plugin
