Hello, for my PC my OBS doesn't give me an option to select any of the encoders
No encoders (Quicksync, AMF, or NVENC) options

AMF is there in the listing. It's the top option. AMD Advanced Media Framework (AMF).
x264 is the other one, software CPU-based encoding.
The three you're asking about in the thread title are hardware-based encoders, which will not show up on the list unless you have the required hardware available.
