Question / Help No Elgato Sound

My PS4 is connected to my PC via an Elgato HD60 using chat-link. I get sound through the elgato software fine but get no sound through OBS, it seems as if I have tried everything online, any help is appreciated, thanks.
 
Still not working, can't seem to get a bar to appear, and when I use audio input capture I just get static instead of the ps4 sound.
