Bug Report No dropped frames, still lag at twich?

Ive been starting to stream starcraft2 to twitch with 1680x1050 resolution, when you go to twitch it says 1050p+. However every once in a while it freezes/stutters, yet I have no dropped frames. When I check the video afterwards, since its also uploaded to my twitch site, it's all smooth and no freezes/lag in the video.

Does that mean that ppl that complain that it lags, dont have enough download to be able to watch my stream because of the high quality I stream in?

I have checked my own stream while streaming aswell and also got lag, and i have around 5-8 dl speed and are usally able to watch other streams in 1080p without lag.. so why does my stream lag?

Edit: Something is wrong with my stream, it lags like hell. Yet when I check other streams with 1080p it does not lag for me

I've had the same issues lately, streaming BF3. I cant use game capture basicly. Even recorded streams stutter when i watch them afterwards. Have to use the DXTory solution and its all good. Live Gamers HD also works.
