Question / Help No dropped frames or lagged frames viewers report steady lag

Good Afternoon OBS Community,

With the release of GTAV my friends and decided to try and stream once again. Using the OBS software our viewers reported a constant lag every ten to fifteen seconds of watching. the lag would last a few seconds. below are my logs this was at the end of the night after trying as many solutions as we could think of. It didn't matter what settings I used or resolution the result was always the same.

internet speed is with verizon fios and i have a 75 down 35 upload package.

any suggestions would be greatly appreciated for I am at a loss on what to do.

Why would he change ingest servers if he isn't dropping frames? The issue here appears to involve viewers being unable to retrieve data from Twitch at ~2 Mbps, which given Twitch's performance lately could very easily be a CDN issue, i.e. nothing to do with the streamer or viewers themselves.

Thank you Sapiens for your quick response. If it is indeed on twitches end how would a starting streamer work around this? I understand that streaming takes time however if im not only competing with top streamers for viewers but new viewers cant watch my stream because they lag then how does one progress?

I know that monitor capture is not the best for streaming since it has a tendency to bog down and have fps glitches but i have no other option with the hauppage. I've tried to do a window capture but it wont let me view the software i use to view my game.

so your not experiencing any lag? Thats a reassuring sign at least lol. It seemed like everyone who was watching me said they were lagging. From my logs did you guys see any issues with my set up? I appreciate you guys helping me on this issue. It means a lot to me
