I have a 11 upload for my internet so that is not a problem, and I have excellent stream quality and no dropped frames. My rig is an 15 4690k and a gtx 970. I should be able to output this just fine, and Elite Dangerous as well as Counter strike both do this, So that makes me think that it is not a cpu or gpu overload problem, as CS is not a very tasking game. I do have my bitrate at 2500 (If that is important). Any help greatly appreciated.

I did notice if you listen, the audio is played perfectly fine, without stopping or stuttering.
