Question / Help No dropped frames but laggy stream.

PC Specs:
Amd ryzen 7 2700x
Asus Gtx 1060 6gb
G skillz Trident 3000mhz 16gb
Internet
200/200 downlod and upload speed.

Streaming through facebook live. I tried mostly everything went up and down with the bitrate and messed around with the video resolution output. My stream is still lagging but not getting dropped frames via obs app.
