Question / Help "No Device" When connecting Elgato Game Capture HD in OBS

I have everything else working including facecam and microphone, but my elgato only shows up as "No Device". I have uninstalled drivers and the Game Capture software multiple times and do not know what to do. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
