Question / Help No desktop sound and game capture!

Hi! After getting this NEW OBS version, I don't have desktop sound any more....I tried to look how to fix it on youtube and so on. Nothing helped. The only thing, which helps and it is !ONLY FOR 1 TIME! is rolling back and than updeating my sound drivers. Sometimes I have to do it for 10 times. Than I have desktop sound again, but as soon as I close it.....that's it....go rolling your drivers again DUDE!!!!

Same thing happens with game capture. Sometimes it just stops to capture my game no matter what I do. Only restarting the laptop for trillion times helps. It is not laptop fold, because I didn't had such problems with 16.0.0 version. + my laptop is only 3 month old and works perfect.

Here is the last log file: https://gist.github.com/6fd6fd481678233af52ef96211e80600

OBS needs to be set to run on the nvidia graphics in your nvidia control panel.

And your audio settings in obs appear to be incompatible with your audio hardware.

How to do it in control panel and what do you mean "incompatible"? How to fix this?

Reinstal Realtek HD Audio drivers.

For GPU:

As I said on top. I am reinstalling audio drivers all the time and it helps only for 1 time.....I would like to know the solution, how it could work without reinstalling audio drivers again and again, and again.

Maybe Windows is installing drivers?

Found in a forum:
1) First of all you have to stop Windows 10 automatically installing drivers, use this topic of windows 7 that works in windows 10 too
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2500967
2) Go to devices manager and uninstall Realtek HD Audio and select delete the driver too
3) Download this utility for hide updates in windows 10 and hide the update of Realtek audio:
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3073930
4) Install dirver from Realtek.

I hope this can solve your issue.

But, before attempting this, make a Windows restore point.

My windows is not updeating audio drivers by it self. From the beginning I have turned it off. :) Now I am updeating drivers by it self. It helps me to use different driver type so I could for sure tell, which is really better. All the drivers I'm using from original MSI web address. So basically what I'm trying to say is, I have already done it. But thanks for trying! :)
