Question / Help No Desktop Audio

Hello everyone,

I'm using OBS Studio (64bit, windows) and I want to stream League of Legends on Twitch but the problem is I cannot hear the Desktop Audio in the Stream although the decibel meter is showing me that there should be sound.
I tried many "solutions" but neither of them worked.

I hope someone can help me here.

I now downloaded the software and enabled the virtual surround but nothing happend except that it sounds different for me
