Question / Help No Desktop Audio with log

Ok now it gets weird. When i restart the pc and instantly start obs it works for the first like 20 seconds.. ?? What the fuck.
After like 20 secs i guess windows starts something which blocks it or idk. Help

I restarted the pc and instantly opened OBS and made that windows sound. Once i let it get down to 0 and than doing it again you cant hear shit.

I'm using a usb soundcard now, i dont know i guess its just the surface audio driver which sucks.
