Question / Help No Desktop Audio and Mic Audio

I was streaming this morning and everything was fine. I stopped streaming and opened up xsplit to see how my steam would look like on there but I noticed it wasn't picking up my mic so I decided to go back to OBS and that's when I saw that both desktop audio and mic was no longer being picked up. I have no idea what happened as I didn't change any settings.
