Please post a new log file with a test after you removed the plugin.
Also, the malware called Norton should be completely removed. As far as you have good behavior online you don't need anything but what comes with the OS for antivirus and firewall. Most "security" apps are incredible intrusive that causes more issues than help.

i am having the same problem once i downloaded streamlabs plugin. I have uninstalled and redownloaded and still not working

Right here with you on this problem. My log is in another thread as well though.

Settings > Stream > Service (Twitch) > Disable the "Enable Enhanced Broadcasting"

This fixed me.
