Hi.
This may be a simple question for some people but i'm new to streaming so bare with me

I've decided to start streaming League of Legends. I've got everything set up, and im using Monitor Capture to capture everything.
To test the stream out, i decided to play for a couple of minutes and then re watch the video on twitch.tv to see if there was any lag/choppiness, and there wasn't. absolutely smooth and nothing that I can fault. However whilst i was playing in game, it was choppy, not awfully choppy but enough to annoy me. But I don't see how the stream was absolutely perfect but for me, playing the game, it wasn't.
Is there any sort of setting I can do which will help me?

My specs -
i5 3570k 3.8ghz
GTX 650 Ti.
8GB RAM

60mb download speed
4mb upload speed.

This was happening to me before with TF2, I had a Phenom II at the time. Ever since I got my new computer it's been fine for all games I play, which doesn't include LoL.

It might be your GPU, although it seems like it would be more than enough.

As Jim said above, post a log.

Have you tried using v-Snyc in LoL ? i know when i turn this off the game feels choppy and when it's on and capped at 60 fps the game is fine with no problems.

You're using monitor capture in Windows 7 with Aero on, this causes overall low frame rate. If you absolutely need to use monitor capture, turn Aero off by switching to a non-Aero theme.

There is a newer version available - please update. Have you tried using Game Capture? It should give you better performance.
