Question / Help No Browser Source Option

Hello,

I've been trying to get OBS Studio (20.0.1) to allow the Browser Source option.

I'm running Windows 7 64-bit edition.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times, including using RevoUninstaller to gut it entirely and I'm sure the browser plug-in was selected to install. I've removed user data.

The Browser source isn't even an option when selecting a source.

Are you using the full installer? The small installer does not have browser source included.

EDIT:
12:01:57.798: LoadLibrary failed for '../../obs-plugins/64bit/obs-browser.dll': Access is denied.

Looks like something is blocking this load. Where do you have OBS installed to? You will need to check permissions on the folder.

Computer/Local Disk (C:)/Program Files (x86)/obs-studio is where I have it installed. Not sure about checking permissions, let me see what I can figure out.

Not sure what could be blocking it. Any ideas?

No issues on Window's side. Users can Read/Execute, Admin has full permission, System has full permission.

The .dll itself doesn't seem blocked (I.E. I see nothing saying it is blocked and no option to unblock it.)

Try running OBS as administrator?

I'll be perfectly honest, I've never seen this issue before. Something external to OBS and specific to your PC must be blocking it. Are you running any kind of antivirus or other security software?

I was running AVG, but I just uninstalled it. I'll try a restart. Is there any kind of program that'll track what interacts with the .dll or blocks it?
