No Browser or Desktop Audio in OBS 28 or 29

I had been running OBS 27 routing audio through VoiceMeeter Potato with no issues, but when i tried upgrading to 28 and now 29 I have no desktop or browser audio coming through my speakers while OBS is running. As soon as I close OBS it comes back. I can't seem to find any resolutions to this online. Any help is appreciated!
