Question / Help No Audio

Ever since this new update, I have not been able to get any audio recorded in my videos. Before, I had audio, and now, I don't. I have set it up fine and it should be working. It is showing that it is picking up my audio when I record, but when I watch the video, no in game audio, or mic audio, is played. Can anyone help me out? Tell me how to fix it, or at least show me how they have their audio set up in the settings. I'm not sure why it isn't doing what I need it to.

What media player are you using to play your recordings?

I save them as MP4 and use Movie & TV that is on my computer to open them. The videos I recorded with Open Broadcast previous to the update all have sound and work just fine when I look through them. So, I do not believe it has anything to do with the player I use to watch the videos.

VLC worked in getting audio to play in my videos: http://www.videolan.org/vlc/index.html

Don't save directly to mp4 either.
