NO AUDIO

Imagine someone goes to the doctor and says “Doctor, my stomach hurts”. This is similar to this. The doctor might make some assumptions but to provide the best treatment, he needs more details, as presented here

The only thing I can recommend you is to check if your input/output device is really working, if it works in Windows but not in OBS it may be that either OBS does not have permissions to access the audio or it is misconfigured

Probably it is due to the second one so go to Settings > Audio and make sure that the inputs/outputs are not in Default (a very common error is that you don't have the device in default and OBS has to access another device)

After what I have told you if the problem persists let me know along with more precise details of the problem and I will be happy to help you.

Still nothing, you don't show anything. From picture: how to don't use OBS, connect two times speakers. Why?
Show which device you use.
Typicaly: Video Capture Device (some type device can get only video) and Audio Capture Device. Yes you need two source (one for video and one for audio).

Video Capture Device is OBS source (OBS uses term "Source" for sources of digital signals, both audio and video).
On the screenshot of the Sources box, you can find the source named Video Capture Device (3rd from the bottom):
