No Audio using presonus studio 192 interface

in the audio settings menu, it gives me all the input options of my presonus studio 192 interface, so i set the correct input (line in 1 &2), set my gain, but it is not registering on the audio meters in obs. I am using screen capture video, and wish to put some vocal guides as i am preparing some help videos for a friend, and would like to include some audio.

I am sorry, i don't quite follow your reply.

he cant find your interface work the windows system sounds over it ?

I use my studio 192 as my main audio device for everything. It will come up in the audio menu on OBS, input 1&2 studio 192, but i still have no input in the OBS screen.
