Question / Help No audio using Diamond One-Touch?

I followed some Youtube guides on how to set up video capture devices (no guides for Diamond, sadly), but no matter what settings I choose, OBS cant get any audio from them. I'm using a Diamond One-Touch VC500 with composite (red, white, yellow) cables. When I use the EZgrabber program that came with my capture card, it gets audio just fine, but not on OBS.

Anyone managed to make this program work properly with this capture card?

I'll see about buying one and taking a look some time.
Thanks, they are rather inexpensive, which is the main reason I bought it.
Would be great if we could find out how to make it work with OBS, since the capture program that comes with the device is kinda bad and I would love to use it to livestream.

I have the same device 'Diamond VC500 One Touch Video Capture Device.' The audio problem sucks but here is my work-around. Open OBS and preview your stream like you normally would. You should see the video that is coming from the device and you should have audio as well. Next, you can hit 'Stop Preview' in OBS.When you hit 'Preview Stream' again, you should see video but your audio will stop playing. With OBS still open, next open EZGrabber. No video should appear but EzGrabber will have the device audio playing onto your desktop. When you hit 'Stop Preview and 'Start Streaming', your audio will stop playing.Next, close EZGrabber. After it closes, open EZGrabber again. Your audio should be coming through your desktop and your stream should have it as well. Hope this helps.
