Question / Help No audio to desktop?

Hi there, I have been using obs for quiet some time, and decided I would try out multip platform, For the most part im a pc gamer so this is normally of no concern, But since I have been making a return to Call of duty for console, I noticed that it did not have this feautre, I read something about waveout and another program, but I do not know how to work it, Could someone please help me understand just a little better what I need to do to get audio To my desktop as well as obs.

the properties of the capture card in OBS MP shows where you want to output the audio from the device to... I just used waveout to my desktop.

Not sure what capture card you are using but if you aren't using a usb3.0 or internal capture card, you are prolly gonna have that lag of data to your pc... (the elgato for example). Outputing your sound to your desktop will result in the game audio sound being lagged compared to what you are seeing on your device passthru... so not sure what you are using the desktop audio for.

I got it resolved with your help, Reason for Desktop audio is so i can have music playing with game sound still coming through my headset, I had no audio delay i use a black magic intensity pro
