Hello out there:
I've been running OBS with an Elgato HD 60 s for a couple years now with very few problems. Recently, we started losing our audio of our streams. We're running a PTZ camera and audio from a soundboard connected through an Avermedia USB recorder to the Elgato then to the desktop. This is a church AV dept., so it could be that someone messed with some cords or connections, but I seem to be picking up the audio through microphones on the soundboard on the Elgato 4k program. Just nothing coming through OBS. Much obliged for any help. Here's my log
