Question / Help No Audio Output?

Hey everyone,

I'm currently trying my luck at utilizing OBS. I have a Black Magic Intensity Pro Card inside my rig. I'm able to capture the video footage from my XBOX via HDMI input. However, I am not able to capture the audio being output onto my desktop or even to my stream during the preview stream feature or even live streaming. It works in other streaming apps but I'm unsure how to get it to work in OBS. If you need additional information, please let me know so I may supply it. I would love to have this working considering I'm trying to make the full switch to OBS due to performance and quality.

Any help or links to previous topics would be greatly appreciated to help me resolve this issue.

How have you attempted to have the audio picked up?

So far, I've exhausted all the options within that panel provided. I still unable to pick up any sound from my BMI card. I've tried running OBS as administrator as well as changing to other Codecs. However it seems that only the video is being captured yet not the audio being output from the card at all.

Is there any additional information you may require?

Typically if you use the "Decklink" in the list box, it won't pick up audio. However, if you use "Blackmagic WDM Capture" in the list, it will pick up audio as long as the device is properly configured (the "configure" button to the right of the listbox when it's selected should be able to set it up, at least I think).

I only see in the listing Decklink Video Capture. There's no Blackmagic WDM Capture showing up in the Device drop box.
