Question / Help No audio on record

I am trying to record a video stream. I can get the video, but there is no audio on playback. I have tried everything I could figure out, but have hit the wall.

I uploaded my log files to the Log Analyzer, but it kept telling me that it was an incomplete log...

I have a MacBook Pro.
