no audio on chat reward SLOBS

i have a confetti cannon on the chat rewards, and also a clapping giff, but both have been posted with no audio audible after its gone thru SLOBS.
i have headphones plugged into the descktop pc which has the SLOBS running and i can hear the audio fine, its when it goes thru slobs it looses the audio for some reason.

please help guys..
