No audio in stream after Windows Update?

It has happened twice now that after a windows 10 update the audio in the stream was gone.
the remedy was checking the scenes audio settings (no problems) and closing (ok) again.
I compared the logging of the 14th (false) and the 16th (good) but I lack the knowledge to fully understand what is wrong.
please comment, all is welcome!!!

this system has been used 3 times after Your reply, no problem.
All settings were correct, no changes were made, but just clicking OK after a visual check of the settings was enough to get the audio up and running again. As the operators of the system do not have the knowledge to solve such a problem I still want to know how to avoid this from happening. was it OBS, the sound card, the Win update??? can I avoid this from happening again?
 
Actually, it may happend again or never. The best thing to do is teach the operator into the steps to do when something isn't working.
Getting this person to read the OBS help is a must.
