Question / Help No Audio In OBS From Mixer

Hello all!

We are a church that has just started to record our services and attempt to live stream as well. We have our video camera operating and it is set up in OBS, however, there is no audio. We have our mixer run directly into the computer but OBS will not recognize the audio whatsoever. Any suggestions on the best way to get audio in OBS? We have a DataVideo SE-500HD that is run into our ElGato HD via HDMI as well.

I also record/live for our church. I the settings you can select two output and four inputs. These will be active with all scenes.
Do to not having my system connected right now.
