Question / Help No Audio In OBS From Capture Card

I just installed an AverMedia Live Gamer HD 2 PCI capture card in my system and OBS is not picking up the sound. The RECentral recording software that came with device is seeing the sound and is able to record it, but OBS just sees the image.

I have fully updated OBS and the AverMedia card's firmware and drivers. I also have an Elgato HD60 USB capture card that is working fine in OBS and has been for some time. So I am not sure what the issue is.

Any help or suggestions on what to check would be much appreciated.

Which device (name) do you select?
Which audio output mode did you select?
Ever checked Use custom audio device?
