no audio in nursery tv

hello everyone,
I am trying to sent an AV signal from OBS that is streaming to send a second signal to my churches nursery tv. The tv will show the video output but there is no sound, I've tried to re-send the signal multiple times; is this an error on my part or in OBS. any thoughts?

Right clicking the video feed that obs shows, selecting “fullscreen projector, preview” and then sliding the wireless transmitter if that goes to the TV in our nursery. After that, I go to settings and make sure that the monitoring device is set to the same output.
