Question / Help No Audio from Skype or Zoom.

I'm a newbie but love this software. My object is to interview experts around the country without have to visit them on site. I have already recorded a video from three locations. A speaker from Skype, Zoom, and myself on webcam BUT don't get the audio from Skype of Zoom. I even added a Step & Repeat background. This is a really slick offering. Appreciate any hints you can give me. I'm sure I'm missing something obvious. Thank you. Art

I solved this by installing the NewTek NDI tools. They create other issues but the audio and video can now be captured without screen capture.
