No audio from OBS

Hello,

Here's the issue: there's no audio coming from OBS. Lemme expand on that.
My headset is fine and properly connected. I can hear all Windows sounds from any other application just fine.
In Volume Mixer, OBS's bar does not move = no sound coming from it.
In OBS's Audio Mixer, the bars are moving.
The monitoring device is properly configured.

It worked fine last stream (last Sunday, a week ago). Now it doesn't. Nothing changed.
My girlfriend has the same issue. Wednesday it was fine. Friday it wasn't.

I have version 27.2.4. She didn't, but she updated.

So... suggestions?

Fixed (?) it.
Went to the monitoring device and changed it, restarted OBS, changed it back. Now it works. So... black magic or someone did a booboo?

Thank you so much! Same exact situation this morning. Systen was working fine last Wednesday. Powered up for services this morning and no audio out of OBS. Eventhing showing on meters, nothing coming out. As you suggested, I changed output device, rebooted OBS and reset to orginal device and we're back in buiness!

If anyone figures out what was behind this, please post. (OBS latest, Win10 latest - all updates in place.)
