Question / Help No Audio from Game / Only Mic Audio

No matter what I try, I can't see to get audio from OpenEmu into OBO. Microphone audio works but that seems to be about it. I have an audio card that I use (Safire Pro 40) but I've also tried just using the internal audio in my iMac without any success. Am I missing something? Here's my log file...

By the way, I'm using the latest version of El Capitan.

Something weird that I noticed is that I'm not allowed to select anything for Desktop Audio Device. The only option I have is Disabled.
