Hello everyone,

I am having an issue getting any audio out of my elgato in any form. Initially I was captuirng a PS2 so I was using a converter into the elgato into OBS, but to test that it wasnt just the ps2 i tried it on a Xbox One and got the same results. I've gotten audio before out of the elgato so I am not sure what the issues is. I have looked online and worked with the different settings such as switching Audio Monitoring and the audio output mode. To be clear it is capturing the game itself, but no audio. I've posted the log i have let me know if you need more info

You seem to have altered your Elgato settings from one that worked, but did not include audio (only passed it to default system audio) to one that does try and capture audio, but is not supported by your device.

This configuration tells OBS to ignore the device's audio, but instead send it to Windows (presumably so you could hear it).

Now you've told the Elgato you do want the audio, but you changed the resolution and color format, and this configuration is not supported by your device. This probably means the connection fails entirely, audio and video.

If you delete the source from your scene and then add it again, not as an existing source, that would be the same as starting over.

Or create a new blank scene collection and do the same-- add the Elgato as a new device rather than an existing one.
